My land lord told me that it is against the rental policy that 1. I invite family member (parents) to stay without information him ahead of time. 2. Even if I inform him, they cannot stay more than 2 weeks. 3. Let my parking spot to be park by cars other (friends) 4. Smoking in the balcony Is this true? Please also reference the actual code or law.
