Open Question: What is the law on owning animals in oakland Ca?

I have some chickens, cats, and rats. I would like to know what the law is owning animals in Oakland Ca. I know that I need to have the coop 25 feet from dwelling, and I can't have roosters... but I can't find any other rules about how many I am allowed to own. I only see things bout cats & dogs.
